Designed to provide you assistance and resistance as you exercise, these sets transform any traditional workout into a low-impact one while still giving you all the benefits. It’s easy on the joints and great for all kinds of workouts including cardio, strength training, and resistance training. The set features a bungee cord and harness that support you and allow you to hop, spin, and fly effortlessly throughout the workout.

Our bungee fitness set includes everything you need to set it up and can be installed on a structural beam or weight-bearing piping. Professional installation is recommended.

The included swivel rotates 360° so you can spin
Padded, wide harness straps for comfort and safety
Intended to be used in ceilings 8-10 feet tall
For higher ceilings, extend length with included Daisy Chains (Extension Straps)

Available in 3 sizes depending on user weight (always go with the larger size if you're not sure which is best!):

Weight Class -1: S, suitable for weight 80-120 pounds or 36-54 kg

Weight Class -2: M, suitable for weight 115-140 pounds or 52-64 kg

Weight Class -3: L, suitable for weight 135-200 pounds or 61-91 kg
